MVC this, MVC that, i'm gonna beat MVC with a wiffle ball bat

So for the past year, I have been hearing someone rave about MVC. He would say stuff like it is the wave of the future, don't get stuck in old technology, etcetera, etcetera. After seeing how much emphasis is being made of the technology in the job market, I figured what the heck, why not.

Yesterday, I began the arduous task of installing Visual Studio 2008 on to my computer at work. It failed several times, and I spent all day working with it. I finally got it to install around quitting time, so I got to play with it a today after getting my system back to normal.

Today, I started looking at asp.net to start learning MVC. I read the first four articles. Luckily, the fourth one starting making sense. I made a sample application to start messing around with. Well, the fourth sample actually had the sample in it.

At this point, MVC looks confusing as hell, but I am sure that it will make more sense to me as I use it more. I only had about an hour to look at it today, but look forward to more of it in the future.
